If you've heard of Bloom BKK, you probably know it as the soft pretzel spot on Pattanakarn road. But when they opened Bloom Neighborhood Dining on Rama 9 Soi 41, it became a whole different level of a dining experience — and one that absolutely deserved a visit.

Location & Ambiance

The restaurant is set in a classic white house surrounded by large trees and a warm, inviting atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The interior features a clean palette of cream and green tones, complemented by wooden furniture throughout. Whether you choose a shaded outdoor table under the trees or settle into the cool, light-filled indoor space with its oversized windows, the vibe is consistently homey and relaxed — like having dinner at a friend's place.

The Star of the Show — Soft Pretzels

Bloom's soft pretzels are baked fresh daily, made with a care and technique that sets them apart from anything else in the city. The lineup includes French Butter, Roasted Almond, Salt & Chewy, Queen Cheese, and the 55% Dark Belgium — a pretzel filled with high-quality genuine Belgian chocolate.

The Roasted Almond is the one to order: buttery, slightly chewy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. It disappears off the plate embarrassingly fast.

Price & Practicalities

Budget around 250–500 THB per person — solid value for the quality. Free parking is available on site. On weekends, it's worth calling ahead as the pretzels sell out fast.
