One Bangkok

One Bangkok is the largest fully integrated mixed-use development in Thailand, sitting on the corner of Wireless Road and Rama IV Road in the Lumphini area of central Bangkok, directly across from Lumphini Park. Developed jointly by TCC Assets and Frasers Property, the project opened its retail and lifestyle zones in October 2024 and has quickly become one of the city's most talked-about destinations, combining shopping, dining, art, green space and a landmark skyline all in one place. For visitors, the appeal is simple: it is walkable, air-conditioned, connected directly to the MRT, and large enough to fill half a day or more without repeating yourself.

History and Background

One Bangkok represents an investment of more than 120 billion baht and is designed as a "city within a city," blending Grade-A office towers, luxury residences, five hotel brands, retail space and public art into a single 17.3-hectare site. The development is anchored by Signature Tower, which at 430 metres will rank among the ten tallest buildings in Southeast Asia once complete. Rather than a single shopping mall, One Bangkok is best understood as a new city district, with the retail and dining areas open to the public daily.

What to Expect

The public retail core of One Bangkok is split across two connected buildings, The Storeys and Parade, both open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

The Storeys, entered from the Wireless Road side, has a bright, plant-filled interior and leans toward premium lifestyle and homeware brands, including a large-format Jim Thompson store with its own silk exhibition, a two-storey Starbucks Reserve flagship built as Thailand's largest "Greener Store," and a growing lineup of first-to-Thailand restaurants.

Parade, connected directly to Lumphini MRT station, is the larger of the two buildings and houses King Power's duty-free City Boutique, the first Mitsukoshi Depachika Japanese food hall in Thailand, the country's largest MUJI store, and Harborland, a large indoor family entertainment zone.

Beyond the two retail buildings, One Bangkok Park is a landscaped public plaza with a large sculptural landmark that has become one of the project's most popular photo spots, and the Art Loop, a walking route connecting public artworks by Thai and international artists across the wider development.

Top Highlights

Harborland sits on the sixth floor of Parade and is one of the largest indoor playgrounds in the region, covering more than 6,000 square metres. Designed around a mythical forest theme, it is split into age-based zones, from a baby and toddler area with nursing facilities to climbing structures and slides for older children, making it a strong draw for families.

Food Street, on the fifth floor of Parade, brings together well-known Bangkok street food vendors in one air-conditioned space, with dishes typically priced from around 60 to 150 baht and payment by cash, prepaid card or bank QR code. Terrace seating overlooks the surrounding towers.

Mitsukoshi Depachika, on basement level 1 of Parade, is a Japanese-style food hall selling fresh produce, bakery items and prepared meals, alongside sit-down counters serving Japanese specialities.

Wolfgang's Steakhouse, on the third floor, is the New York steakhouse chain's first Thailand branch, serving 28-day dry-aged USDA Prime beef.

MUJI's One Bangkok branch, on basement level 1, is the brand's largest store in Thailand at more than 3,000 square metres, with a dedicated Grab & Go section open from 07:00 for breakfast and coffee before the rest of the mall opens.

Visitor Information

The Storeys and Parade are open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. A handful of outlets keep different hours: MUJI's Grab & Go counter opens at 07:00, and several ground-floor cafes open between 07:00 and 07:30 for the office crowd working in the surrounding towers. Entry to the retail zones, One Bangkok Park and the Art Loop is free.

Parking is available via entrances on both Wireless Road and Rama IV Road. The first two hours are free, followed by 30 baht per hour, rising to 60 baht per hour after seven hours; space availability can be checked through the One Bangkok app.

Most visitors spend two to four hours here, longer if travelling with children who want to visit Harborland.

How to Get There

By MRT: Exit 1 of Lumphini station connects directly to basement level 1 of Parade, making this the most convenient option and the only one that avoids walking outside.

By BTS: From Phloen Chit station, exit 2, a free EV shuttle runs roughly every 15 minutes between 07:00 and 24:00, stopping at both The Storeys and Parade.

By taxi or ride-hailing: Drop-off points are available at both the Wireless Road (The Storeys) and Rama IV Road (Parade) entrances.

By bus: Public bus routes 17, 50, 62, 76, 514 and several others stop directly outside the development.

Travel Tips

Arrive before 11:00 or after 19:00 to avoid the busiest hours around lunch and after work.

If visiting with children, head to Harborland on the sixth floor of Parade first, since it can involve some queueing on weekends and school holidays.

For photos, the sculpture at One Bangkok Park and the elevated walkways along the Art Loop are the most popular spots, and are especially good in the late afternoon light.

Keep a little cash or a Thai bank app on hand for Food Street, where some smaller stalls prefer cash payment or a prepaid stored-value card.

Combine a visit with a walk through Lumphini Park directly across Rama IV Road, or Benjakitti Park a short distance away, for a break from air conditioning between shopping stops.
